A highly motivated and goal-driven individual with more than 10 years’ experience in Strategic Management, customer service and relationship building with proficiency in performance and change management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Botswana and has worked in various fields where she excelled owing to her versatility.
TSHEPO HAPPY MAPHANYANE heads the communications unit, responsible for the strategic coordination and seamless execution of the company’s internal and external communication strategies. A Media Communications and Public Relations specialist with 17 years experience in her field with extensive experience in integrated media; Television, Radio, Print media, and Stakeholder Engagement. She is a Chevening alumni and with a Masters in Journalism Media and Communications from Cardiff University, in the United Kingdom.
Highly experienced Sales and Marketing Executive, Scholar and Business Analyst Dr. GAONE MARUNYANE brings more than 10 years of experience to her role as Marketing Manager responsible for strategically positioning BotswanaPost’s products and services across multiple channels to increase revenue and contribute to BotswanaPost’s growth. Her experience entails key performance areas such as Brand Management, Change Management, Transformation & Culture, Business Intelligence, Cross-Functional Team Leadership and Business Strategy Development.
